Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, within the UAE. All UAE orders over AED 100 ship free. Orders to Saudi Arabia have a flat delivery fee of AED 40, shown at checkout before you pay.

How does same day delivery work?

Same day delivery is available in the UAE only. Place your order before 11:00 AM and receive it the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM are delivered on the next business day.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the email used at checkout and a photo of the item, and we'll make it right.
